Take a stroll with your sweetheart (or bestie!) through Downtown Oroville tasting local wines & chocolate pairings while you shop select downtown boutiques. Check-in begins at 4:45 at the Downtown Oroville Office at 1360 Myers Street where you will pick up your map for the evening.
