The Historical City of Paris Building was first purchased by the Wong Family in 2020. In the summer of 2023, the founding team—Hunter, Sara, Forest, and Nicole—embarked on a journey of creativity and vision, developing their idea and ultimately forming UCC.

Union Coffee Club is more than just a café. It’s a community where coffee lovers come together to connect, learn, and share their passion. Inspired by the spirit of cultural clubs in high schools, colleges and adulthood, we foster a welcoming space where people bond over a shared love for quality coffee, meaningful conversations, and collaboration. Through expertly crafted beverages, ethical sourcing, and educational events, we aim to build a culture of belonging—one cup at a time.
