NOTE: All vendor placements​ will be at the event organizer’s discretion. Vendor registration fees are non-refundable. Please carefully read all instructions, terms, and conditions before completing your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY LOCATION ASSIGNMENT & CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS?

Once vendor registration for the event closes, we will send out an email update to all registered vendors with their location assignments and check-in instructions. Generally, check-in starts at around 6:30 am the morning of the event and closes at 8 am. You can view an example of the check-in instructions from 2018 here. Please keep in mind that this is provided as an example only and that this year’s instructions will be different.

CAN I GET THE SAME LOCATION I HAD LAST YEAR?

It’s our goal to ensure the success of the event and of our vendors, and we make location assignments accordingly. This process is at the sole discretion of the event coordinator. We don’t accept location requests, but we are open to your feedback if you weren’t satisfied with your past location assignments. Thank you for your understanding.

DO YOU HAVE AN OFFICE OR LOCATION WHERE I CAN STOP BY TO TALK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT AN EVENT?

The ODBA is a volunteer-based organization and does not have staffed offices. We request that you contact us via email or the contact form on our website ​downtownoroville.com,​ and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

WHAT IF I NEED ELECTRICITY?

Generators are permitted but must be quiet and efficient. A small number of spaces are available with electric hookups for an additional charge. If you require such a space, please contact us at events@downtownoroville.com before registering to ensure a space is available.
